I had a bit of an unusual experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect and the views from the windows are stunning. However, I was really disappointed with the service when they went through our bags and took money from us. On a brighter note, the rooms, although clean, lacked modern amenities. The dining could use some improvements too, but it was still decent. Overall, while it had its glitches, it’s in a fantastic spot.
